Want to Get Published in a Student Publication?

What "The Next Generation" would like is any poetry, short stores, reviews, essays, opinions, articles – any kind of writing at all that you have done which can be shared with other teens all over the Delaware Valley.

Now, here’s how to do it:

You can send items every month, if you want. We can’t return your submissions, so keep a copy for yourself.

• All submissions should be typed.

That makes it easy to read. If you don’t have access to a typewriter or computer, please print neatly in ink.

• Include your address and phone number.

Please include your name, home address (with zip code) and phone number with each submission. Indicate your high school and name of your community.

• Name your work.

You can give it a title better than we can.

• Request for anonymity.

If you don’t want us to publish your name, we’ll honor that. Just make sure to let us know. However, we still need to have your name, address, phone number, school and community or we can’t publish your work.

• Enclose a statement of originality.

Included in each work, you must write and sign the following statement: "This will certify that the item submitted by [YOUR NAME] is original."
